Hi all,

I've decided to put my Scarlet back up for sale, however this time I'll be selling the components separately to make things easier for everyone. The camera has 264.4 hours of operating time (see pics below), 60 of which were out of the factory. It pains me to sell up, however i've been focussing on a lot of run and gun documentary work lately and don't have time to light and worry about dust etc. The body itself has been very lightly used on 30 day feature film with myself operating, never rented, plus two or three short commercials. She's had an easy life. The back focus has just been adjusted by Red, and it is eligible for a Dragon upgrade. There is possibility of customising the camera providing the components have not sold (i.e. buying it as an EF mount instead of PL). I am based around the corner from Pinewood Studios, however I'd be happy to ship internationally.

Hi all,

The Scarlet is back up for sale after being reserved for some time by a hesitant buyer. I am very keen to sell the camera as a package, including all of the above items, shipped in a Peli 1210 Case and an Element Technica 12in Dovetail Plate, photographed below. V-lock batteries can be supplied at an extra cost.


Arri BP-6 + Scarlet Riser Pad (From x I believe)
This bridge plate was purchased from AimImage from one of their SR3 Kits. A quick search showed up that it was last used on the Hurt Locker, so a nice bit of film memorabilia as well :wink5:. The plate has had some wear, but like most Arri products it locks onto the dovetail/rods like a vice.

Again, its only had action from 5-10 shoots or so. It's in brilliant condition.


For a quick sale, the total cost of this package is £8150. I am not VAT registered, so there is no VAT to be paid, however I cannot provide a VAT number/Invoice.
