Does the Scarlet Dragon, come with the 2.0 fan kit like the epic?
or is that something that has to be upgraded.

FAN 2.0 is an optional for Scarlet-X Dragon.

Been using my Scarlet dragon on a feature and some other shoots. It's full on Summer here in South Africa and have no issues with the original fan. Just to clarify, I do not have the V2.0 upgrade fan on my Dragon.

On the feature shoot, we used manual control and upped the fan speed when not rolling, and then went to silent when camera is rolling. Had no problems keeping the temps under control.
