  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Well Robbie_C, the prices have come down anyway. Plus the cameras only have 90 warranty on them which pretty much means you have to get RED ARMOR which is $1500 dollars. So it's probably about the same anyway.
 
I don't mind the wait, what I DO mind is the communication.

Either:
A- Flat out say it's going to be a month (or more)
or
B- Send an email.

Don't have it say 7-10 day's and then nothing for a month.

To me, 7K is a lot of money. That should at least be deserving of a personal update on the product purchased.

I guess I just feel like for the ones that saved and are more excited then words can explain to join the red family... this initiation feels a tad disheartening.

Thanks Andrew! Am sure yours will be shipping very soon! I heard somewhere that if changes were made to your
order, that your order got moved to tha back of the line. Not sure if that is true or not. But, at least RED is taking
the time to ship out cameras only when they are ready, which, despite the wait, I was thankful for.

Well that balances things out then, I hadn't thought of the hidden costs of oversea ownership...In that case I'll just offer my congrats to everyone who has received theirs - ENJOY!

Finally sent my Wire in for the BT Scarlet, can't wait to start learning this system! :)
 
Very excited to be using my new BT Scarlet. Getting some test footage, and it is really fantastic stuff.

Thank God and my girl!! BT Scarlet SN-03476 arrived today! Mine's was a gift from my girl, following God's leading! Couldn't be more fitting, Xmas came for me on Thanksgiving this year, I've got a lot of "Thanks" to be "giving" this year!! :emote_happyhappy::emote_happyhappy:
