  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Thanks for your patience - between the SCARLET battle-tested program, launching a new ERP system for RED, and the pricing announcement on Nov 1, it has been quite a few weeks around here.

Are they getting time and a half? Or at least a six pack of Stone Ruination IPA or the like? AFTER the testing of course. Seriously, if you offer crazy good deals, crazy response will follow. I believe the textbook term for it is "Economic opportunity which one shall not let pass"! Test away, but it will be on set for an end of November shoot (please?). BTW, over on the couch I heard the accessories (that's right, I talk to my RED buddies, and you don't?) speaking in hushed tones, wondering if they'd been delivered to the right address. So I ordered some more that will join them soon to ease their worry and avert a mutiny. Oh the lengths I go.
 
Received my BT Scarlet today ... Thank you Red ... this is my first Red Camera :)
 
After all, InterBEE start from today.
My BT scarlet x did not arrive...

It is unavoidable.
I cover a digital cinema by EOS this year...
 
October 18th. Wow, I ordered on October 15th and am still waiting as well. I am presuming orders are not handled by date or order number then. My card was charged on the 7th, and my order on the web order history says it was "delivered" as of Nov 7th. I have put a message into my rep just to check that our order wasn't misplaced. I know with all the changes going on, they are inundated with things, but hopefully they will get through all the more current orders soon. Looking very forward to creating new projects soon!
 
heh heh I created a monster.. I really probably should of given the team a little more time to prepare for this pop-up sale and all the accompanying orders.

Still and incredible deal, and much thanks. However, yeah, charged over a week ago, no camera... and gig for which I need this camera coming up VERY RAPIDLY (I really don't want to fly with my R1 anymore. Ever).
 
We received our BT Scarlet yesterday. We put our order in on the 15th.

Here it is next to it's big brother, our Epic M we've had for about a year :)
