Scarlet-D Brain Only?

Anyone aware if they are stopping sales of the brain only? It seems to be taken off of the store page but I didn't know if that was permanent.
I was finally going to upgrade my MX to Dragon but I don't need an extra base kit with the ssd and mount and all that.

Did you miss the Scarlet-W announcement? Or do you need the camera immediately?

Scarlet-W looks to be a nice upgrade from the Scarlet-D, for only about $10k (including SSD module). At this point I think it might be kind of silly to throw down money on a new full-priced Scarlet-D.

In a word, yes. The only thing you lose is 6K stills.

I think what he means is that he wants a Scarlet D because it will work with all of his current accessories, obviously a considerable investment. You're right, you can not actually "upgrade" from Scarlet MX to Scarlet Dragon. Scarlet #00123 was probably the LAST DRAGON upgrade of the old configuration. As for purchase of a new Scarlet D brain, I'd ask the bomb squad...
