  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Hi, I am having a big problem with my Scarlet. After 5 Minutes of shooting, the Red Display only shows strips and fog. The controls on the sidehandle do not react. After 10 Minutes waiting I can shot again. And again for 5 Minutes. The Scarlet has been used once a week for 2 Month now. I shot without any rig or 3rd party components. It´s just the Ef Mount Scarlet package.
What can I do ?

Can anybody help ?

Get as soon as possible a ticket from red support.
It seems an important issue to me. Maybe something with the sensor or hardware components.
When the problem happens, save a log and upload it to the rep who'll answer to your support ticket.
Btw it can be a firmware issue too, but only red technicians watching your saved log can answer to that.
 
thank you. I hoped it could be a stupid mistake, but I will contact red.
