Hey!
We've got our Scarlet few weeks ago and now we allready used it in few jobs. If it boots everything works 100% or even more:) but after some switch off-switch back (batterie change or lens change) the LCD 5" shows half black side half white side and nothing more (as i remember the left side was completely white and the right side was completely black ). We dont get the live view untill we dont restart the scarlet. Each restart solved that problem and we could continue working. What could be that problem? Should we worry about it?
Many thanks

Have you tried plugging and unplugging the display rather than re-booting? And/or just make sure the display cable is firmly plugged in at both ends.

It happened 3 times. Each time i restarted i unplugged it and plugged back. I also did the same with the red volt. But during the problem i didnt try to unplug. Next time if it happends ill try it.

Definitely report it to Red Support asap while still under warranty. It may be nothing, but if they've seen the problem before, they can advise you.

I changed it. It still has this black white bug but this time camera goes thrue it few seconds later. With 30 hz the lcd screen is blinkin alittle bit and its kinda uncomfortable. Is there any other option?

We have this problem sometimes -- but it always solved by unplugging and replugging the LCD while the camera is still on. Wish this bug would be addressed soon though -- as it has been happening for quite a few builds and is a bit annoying, especially when the camera is on steadicam or crane and harder to reach.
