Scarlet Boot time?

I noticed the RED One takes about a minute to boot up (which I guess is fine when shooting films). Is it known yet if the Scarlet will experience similar start up times? I shoot mostly motion (some stills) and for what I do, I need a camera to be ready fast. Very close to laying out $10 - $13000 AUD for an EX1 or EX3 for video but doing my best to wait for the DSMC S35 Scarlet before I decide. (Might be worth it if it saves me buying a 5D MKII as well?!) I wonder with the added cost of all the accessories, will I end up paying much more for the Red??? Any answers appreciated, thanks.

i'm pretty sure the boot time was said to be like 1 or 2 seconds for the scarlet's and Epic's.

You'll almost certainly pay more for a Scarlet s35 than a 5D and an EX1. Unless you plan on getting a 35mm adapter, rails etc for the EX1
