Hi Everybody,

Have a job lined up in a fortnight to shoot some footage for a possible broadcast in 10 years (yes I know), the spec of the job is EX1 and C100 with Ninja.

I also want to give my client some 4K footage as 10 years time, who knows... Basically I want to do my best.

I don't generally record audio when I usually use my Scarlet, although I have a Mix Pre-D this job will be handheld and running about lots.

Although the picture is the most important aspect I do want to record half decent audio.

I use a Rode NTG 2 on my C100 but on the Scarlet levels are very low, I'm using Beyer DT231Pro cans.

This will be (mainly drunk) people talking/shouting to camera.

I'd love some audio tips. I'm being totally upfront audio is not my bag so any advice is very greatly appreciated.

Cheers,

Simon.
