Scarlet appears to have a dead pixel.

I was wondering if Black Shading would repair the pixel thats out. We are hoping we don't have to send it to RED. The camera is about 2 years old. What might of cause it? Any info would be great.

A black shade should help out. I recently had a single red pixel in the middle of my image. I re-did the black shade and have not seen it sense.
