Scarlet and RED Cine X and AVID7 workflow a perfect threesome

So I found a workflow I just love. After shooting and grading and entire day I had the looks saved in RED CineX copied to my desktop. I then ran AVID 7 and this version is the best ever. It works sooo well.I recommend everyone to get it. You can try the free 30 trial and see what I mean. No waiting or crazy rendering or $5000 graphic cards. I loaded my RMD looks into Avid Source settings and boom in a matter of seconds the color grades I did in RED Cine X were there. I was even able to resize them and continue editing in a matter of seconds. A workflow I love. Owe I used a solid state drive so I can play the RED 4K files with ease. These three combinations is a super punch in getting things done. RED camera, Red CineX and AVID 7 and get it done.

Glad you like the new avid, but I've been able to use this workflow in premiere for the last couple years now. In fact I like that I can tweak any of the RCX grades or access any of the RCX settings right in premiere as well just by looking at the source settings.
