SANTANA IS THE MAN!!!

[Nick Morrison]

I'd just like to salute Johan Santana and the New York Mets for their FIRST NO-HITTER EVER!!!

The wait is over.

LETS GO METS!!!!

--And we didn't even have to trade him, and see him do it in another uniform! (Like Gooden, Cone, Seaver, Humber, etc....etc...etc...).

Just heard this on the Rangers broadcast, where coincidentally the Angels were honoring the Rangers' President and part owner, Nolan Ryan on the anniversary of no hitter number 4 when he was an Angel. Of course he went on to throw a total of 7 as he later pitched with the Astros and Rangers. What was amazing was that he threw 12 one-hitters to go along with the 7 no hitters. Wasn't Ryan a Met at one time? '-)
