  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

WOW..... Thats all I can say.... What lenses were those? Through all of the BS talk about what RED One's are worth in reselling and yadda yadda yadda.... I'm sorry... But there is just a certain look that comes out of a RED One that I'm absolutely in love with. This piece epitomizes the kind of look that the RED One thrives with. Absolutely beautiful work.
 
I've used mainly sigma 18-35 1.8, and rokinon 14mm cine - widest option for slo-mo (2x crop) stuff.
The Sigma isn't that good for 4k stuff (has weird "hairpin sharpness" issue), but for slo-mo (which is significally poorer quality than normal) is the best option.

Question, on 00:51 and 1:12 I see some weird stuff happening on the edges, is that some sort of Twixtor-artifcat, from using slow-mo on the REDONE or have you added it intentionally?
As I said, great piece, sick location! And yeah, the Sigma 18-35 can really be a beast at some times!

those artifacts came from Twixtor ;(, maybe anyone has an idea how to fix it...
