Safe to power Epic with Red Charger and 2B-1B cable?

As the title says, can anyone tell me if this is safe?

It's safe, but unlikely to work properly because the Red Charger is only specified to provide 100W of power, whereas the Epic with accessories needs 150W.

This will either blow a fuse in charger, trigger a resettable fuse in the charger/shutdown the charger or power the Epic unreliably in terms of the camera and/or accessories not working fully even if they do power up.

I've been told not to do it under any circumstance....
