KeJo Productions, LLC and Silverado Studios today announced completion of production on the feature film, “Sensored,” starring Robert Picardo (Star Trek Voyager, Stargate: Atlantis), with local award winning short film and music video director, Ryan Todd.

“Sensored” captures the steady unraveling of a children’s book author’s twisted, lurid psyche. The film shot in Placer County and the City of Sacramento through February, and is one of several projects that filmmakers Kevin and Jo Haskin have in the works at KeJo Productions.

Congrats!

Can't wait to see it

Haha, Placer County. I use to live in Placerville, that's in El Dorado County for all you people that don't know the area. Glad to see that area getting some action. Not like it doesn't but still.

Placerville....that's a bit outside of Sacramento.

I worked on a feature out there 2 years ago, VERY scary place.

Biker's, drug dealers, it's truly the kind of town you'd walk into and say, am I in a movie?

Its not that bad lol. I live in Lake Tahoe, just little over an hour away. Placerville is just a gold rushed atmosphere.

nice!!! Torrey did you ever get a copy of Fortune?

Mike,

Yes! Your photo looked great...

:)

You are now published in Fortune! Congrats...

I like going back to P-ville. But I can only take small doses of that place. The place is a little rough as far as the bar fights and crazy drunk people running around out there randomly attacking people goes. I've taken people from LA up there and they can't hang with it. They think shits going down and want to leave but that's just the way Placerville is. I use to work at a theater that was down on Main St and that was front row for all the crazy stuff that would go on out there. Not much to do in that town except get into trouble.

A bail bondsman that I know there has a slogan, "Placerville, come on vacation, leave on probation."

Did any of you noticed how gorgeous are the stills provided by our friend??
