I have the FSB6, it's really not enough head for the Epic even in a pretty light configuration. The FSB8 is only rated for 3lbs more then then 6, if anyone has an 8, please let me know what you think of it with Epic and accs.

What do you mean? FSB6 is rated for 13lb while FSB8 is rated for 20 lb. That's 7 lb of difference.

I have an FSB8. I use it with light weight camera set-ups. I've carted it all over the world and it's performed flawlessly. That said, I wouldn't go much beyond 12lbs with it even though it is rated higher. That's just asking for trouble.
