S16 Canon 8-64mm T2.4 Zoom Lens ARRI PL Mount "Hurt Locker" lens with 4x4 Mattebox
Hey everyone,
This lens is my baby! I used this initially with my Aaton XTR prod, but recently started using it again, as s16 lenses are making a comeback.
I tested that it covers the following:
— 4k on RED HELIUM sensor
— at least 2k on RED Dragon sensor
— HD on ARRI ALEXA/AMIRA sensor (SUP 4.0 or later)
— 4k on A7Sii/A7Rii/a6300/6500 with clear image zoom (great feature!)
— 2k on FS7 center scan crop
— BMPCC
— Ikonoskop
— HD on GH3 cropped (haven't used the gh4 or gh5)
The lens was recently serviced: Focus, Iris and Zoom all work great.
Focus: 22" (15" from end of lens) to ∞ (can move closer than witness marks)
Iris: t2.4 to C (fully closed, like a real cinema zoom should)
zoom: 8-64mm rectilinear
This lens comes with the following:
— Lens (yep!)
— Chrosziel HD 401-24 15mm lightweight lens support
— 4x4 2-stage Mattebox with 2 filter trays. *A NOTE: I never used this mattebox, as it came with the lens when I purchased it, so i never noticed that the corner was cracked. It looks like it was repaired (doesn't feel weak) and was done in a way that I never saw it, but I have to note it for any future buyer
— Zoom Stick
— Original hardcase
Looking for $4000 for this package plus shipping to wherever you are (hopefully CONUS!).
I'm also selling a set of Optar Illumina s16 primes, an Optex 2x s16 extender (amazing on this lens, as it makes it 16-128!) and a 7mm 'panther' lens, if anyone is interested. Would bundle them for a deal.
