Any reason why it cannot be shipped with a courier company to where you want it ? FEDEX, DHL come to mind.

The customs in Moscow is asking for film's rights holders, who is ME, but I need to know the procedures to produce such RIGHTS PAPERS in Moscow, any help would be great.
And by the way I've a DHL account myself, but they didn't accept it for the film rights papers thing.

Find a customs broker in Moscow - there are people who do this sort of thing for a living.
