I purchased two of their 2.5s then RTMotion promised me an upgrade since May of last year to the 3.0...and then eventually stopped communicating with me. I mean after many many inquiries. They may have a good product but the many direct promises from Kris and then nothing is really disturbing but that's their company. I will purchase from the standup guys who do what they say...even when it's late (RED)

I was not in the 'group buy' but ordered privately quite a long time ago - It has taken quite a while for the units to start shipping but things are moving along now.

Sorry to hear you've had a bad experience Elijah, might be worth re-contacting now that they are into delivery? Must say that I've found Kris to be extremely helpful, if a little swamped at times!

I think we offered you two very discounted upgrades to take your MK2.5 kits to MK3.0, but yes we were really slow in getting these kits ready- as a small company, offering upgrades pretty much at cost isn't easy but we do our best to offer this sort of thing. Told you they are a busy bunch :0) Worth it, in my opinion!

Tested the unit today on our Steadicam, really lovely stuff! Someone else had asked "is it as fast as the Axis1 and HPM-1 motor" - Based on the video of that setup online it certainly looks at least on a par.
