you will get an email when you are ready..

Just like with all backorders, Brian Byrne ( brianb - at - red - dot - com ) will contact you via email when your number is up in queue.

Yes... I've dealt with Brian who's very helpful.... just wondered how I could find out where I stood in line, i.e am I months away or likely to get an email in the next few days. Finances need to be put in place so to get an indication of whether it was June or November would help....

Simon, send me an email and we will see where you fall in the fulfillment queue.

I can do my best to get the most accurate estimate as possible for anyone curious as to where their order is in the queue.

Absolutely, since some fund needs to be arranged here, it will be nice if an estimated time of delivery will be attached to a list of the order numbers of the RPP. That way each one of the future owners will be able to find where in line he/she is.
Yes we can all send Brian mails... unless such kind f a list will expose the number of reservations which is confidential.

Jarred told me the cases were available.

Yes the cases are available.. Should be in the store already. Price is $650.

The Lens cases are made by Innerspace cases custom for RED, many people know them and the great work they do.. they developed a premium case just for our lenses that is pretty kick ass.

-Cases have 6 holes, will hold any combination of focal lengths ( including the 300mm and the 18mm ) . There is 15% greater volume of foam then their standard case.

- black powerdercoat latches, corners, hinges and rivets and handles.

- E-Z Grip circular finger grip for lens removal.

- combination of 2 pound soft foam with a top cap of 2 pound hard foam. In addition there will be a bottom layer of the hard foam for superior shock dampening.
