RPP Lens gears

I just bought a set of Red Primes. I'm having trouble finding info on the size of the focus rings. Do i need gears to use my follow focus? If so, any idea the focus ring circumference?

Robin thanks for the help. I found these redrock microfocusrings that are 0.8 pitch, but they come in three sizes an A, B, and C.

Would these work? if so how would I find that measurement to get a good match.
