Ronin 2 with a RED of a kind

I wish there was a gimbal with the features and power of the R2 and the intelligence and structural efficiency of the MoVI system. But for now IMO the R2 is the go-to option for hand held operating over ~3kg and vehicle tracking shots - even heavier setups!

The good news is that there is some genuine competition in the gimbal world now - which can only raise the bar for users and the results we achieve.

Agreed. In another generation or two, gimbals will be close to perfect.

Btw is that a DXL on a ronin? Wouldn't have thought that was possible. Very cool to see!

oh that's tasty all round and that lens. I'm seeing the boys at Panavision in about two weeks about it, cannot way.

Ronin2 is fantastic gimbal but way to heavy for comfortable handheld work, even with Readyrig.
