If any of you have seen Act Of Valor you know what shot I am talking about!
The scene is when Lisa Morales get rolled up in the carpet. I would like to replicate this without any fancy rigs!
I am planning to build a cylindrical housing for the camera and track for the housing to roll down. (To be able to replicate the shot numerous times.)
I will use a Slow shutter speed to cover up my Flaws!
Any other Ideas would help A TON!!!!

Thanks In Advance,
Adam

If you're shooting Epic, you cold use a wider lens, then punch in so that your frame can rotate 360 degrees digitally without showing the border... that'd be the cheapest and easiest... And 2700 downscaled to 1920 still looks mint.

Maybe you can ask Shane, he's always sharing knowledge on his blog and he's got some indie /DIY friendly tips. I'm sure it won't involve so much "technical" rigging to pull off
