Rolling 29.97, RED TC Appearing

[Jesse Korosi]

Recently I received footage that was recorded at 29.97. While viewing the footage within Redcine after every 25 Frames the next 5 change from having White TC to RED.
The frames all seem to be there and I have processed out some media through Red Rushes and it is fine. But I have never encountered this before.

Has anyone else seen this?

Cheers,
Jesse Korosi

Same here. Red people - please respond

Had this problem a week ago... posted the question and got no response.

See this all the time but it doesn't appear to affect anything, just seems to be cosmetic (possibly indicating drop/non-drop boundary or some such?).

I'm bumping this to the top in hopes we get an official word from RED.
