Roll Suggestions

I have an upcoming job where we need our scarlet to "roll" or rotate while still focusing on the same subject... Trying to get the image to spin. Thought about just spinning the image in post, but I don't want to loose the resolution. I'm thinking something like Red's R-90, but a continuous circle, or at least 180 degrees.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated!

you could use a Kessler Cinedrive and mount it sideways

Clairmont Camera carries the Roundy-Round, a rig designed to do what you need. Alternatively you could get a revolution lens but you will contend with a deep stop and low optical quality.

You could try to use the Auto Revolution cage which can be driven by a Preston MDR wireless follow focus.

I have one here in Australia which works great with music videos or specialist shots.
