  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Rokinon Cine Primes on EPIC, first Impressions

Ive yet to attach an FF on my Rokinon/Scarlet.

Got so used to doing it with my hand :)
 
Before my Rokinons I had the Zacuto custom gears to strap on lenses. And before I had that I was pulling by hand. Now I rarely ever pull focus. Usually only when playing around or I'm doing a one man shoot. I suggest a ff if possible.

Although I do find it rarely easier by hand.

Something circumstantial. Obviously a competent AC and A FF is best route (if not traveling through small tight spots. Then maybe wireless...)

these Rokinons are so conveniently assembled with the .8 gears I mean why not use one, right?

I took off my dsmc side handle to accommodate a better ff expirience. And it's changed my life. Not really but made it easier.
