Hello all. Recently bought a RED One MX. Had it for one project and never had a problem with it. Now it's out on a feature and I'm getting the RocketIO_Fault error. I've searched around and haven't found much as to what might cause this. Was wondering if anyone had any advice. I've reset to factory settings and 're blacked the sensor. I've installed the current version of software on the camera. I've tried pulling the SSD reader off and putting the CF on. Same error. I've put the SSD back on and it's still crashes during takes. We've tried cooling the camera, think if that maybe temperature is playing a part but that too hasn't solved the problem. Any advice would be great. Would love to contact RED but they are closed on Sundays and I'm hoping to not lose a day on this shoot. Thanks in advance for your thoughts and I apologize for text. Workig off a small phone.

If I recall correctly a dodgy cable and/or EVF could cause this error, although you've already tried the obvious reseat/replacement of the Side Module.
Try booting up without anything connected except the power and an LCD (not EVF). If it boots OK, try a Record and Playback on camera, and an offload to hard drive and playback on computer.

IF OK, then start adding accessories one at a time.
