  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Robotic Surgery Commercial

Looks good, what resolution did you shoot it at? No vignetting at all from the RPP so I assume you shot this at 5k, or didn't use lenses on the wider end of the range?

On a side note, really interesting technology. Those robots are truly incredible.

We shot mostly 5k 2:1, but there are a few clips of the doctor that are 6k 2:1 on the 85mm. Thank you!

Looks great. Excellent falloff and color in the living room. The blue just jumps out.
Just curious - - You shoot in raw and color with speedgrade or MB Looks?
Or did you bake the image and then workaround in post with it. If so what gamma and color space. It really does look very good.

Thanks Eamon,

I edited the whole project in the native 5k 2:1 in premiere pro cc and colored it with the new color tools in the latest release. The color setting are REDgamma4 and DRAGONcolor2 (which support was added in the last release)

Thanks again!

I love the DC2/RG4 stuff. Seriously excellent work. I'll be in Tampa in about a week. I'm bringing my dragon. B-roll day?
