Rigging my raven!

Hi, i just recieved my Red Raven and some accessories.

My rig so far is the raven with I/O expander, top handle, lemo adapter pack, follow focus, matte box, quick release bolt on and the DSMC modular assault plate pack. So im missing a good shoudler support. I have a 15mm shoulder pad and need a solution to get 15mm rods on the back of the raven. Do you guys have any cheap solution for this?

Could this be a solution? or should i get some kind of a dovetail solution?

I've got the offset smallrig shoulder pad rig on my epic-w which holds the weight fine with little lenses & little v locks and is a very cheap solution but for heavier pl lenses you might be better off with a red gunner rig or similar.

you can get the wooden camera easy riser, then there are 15mm rod adapters that mount on the back of that, i use this rig not for a shoulder pad but for other accessories to rig off the back, like b-box, wireless, etc.

krystoff(cieco7 on eBay) make pl mounts i use, but they are basically limited to zooms, or a lens with a short pl mount and little to no protruding rear element.

Good to know you got your Raven. When did you book? Was it Red direct or through some dealer?

Ordered from a dealer in Norway in novemeber, got it in late december
