Hi gang,

I'm looking for a camera / rig bag for run & gun style stuff I do alot.

Epic-W with side handle, I/O back, Sigma 18-85 and 5" monitor.
I'm looking for a nice top load style bag that the camera can stay assembled in.
Be nice if the bag had room for 2-3 V-lock, mini-mag 4 pack case, shotgun mic and Zoom.

Any suggestions????

Go with CinemaBags or the Burton snowboard bags with foam dividers. I have both and use both with my Raven and Dragon set-ups. Actually I took both to Iceland and used them in all kinds of tough environments and never had any issue.

The CinemaBag is probably my favorite because of all the options and expandability that it has as well as being 'everything' proof. It fell through ice with me, got whacked in the atlantic as well as fell of a 50' cliff in Utah - every time, the gear was undamaged and nothing had gotten in the bag.

P.S. those incidents weren't a result of negligence but being in precarious positions getting a shot

hahahaha, ... .. can I take some life insurance out on you? :-)
I can't say much, had a camera taken from me by a shark (yes a real one, teeth and all )

Cinemabags I've seen them, and suggestion on a good size / model ?

F-stop stuff is good if you can get hold of it also check out the Lowpro Whistler 450. Might be a bit big for what you need, but they have the depth to take the camera with accs on it.

I have a couple of F-stop backpacks. They are awesome I use the shinn and talopa, http://fstopgear.com/mountainseries#.WBVe-FtFHBU. You can build them up by switching out the ICUs to accommodate whatever you are shooting. The Talopa will fint under a seat so if the overheads are full you can still get on the plane. I've taken them all over the world, they rule.
