  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Riding Footage

Nice work, Greg! I used to ride some of those roads. I lived in your neck of the woods back in '91. One of my fondest memories was riding across the Huey P. Long at midnight on New Year's Eve and seeing fireworks around the city reflecting in the Mississippi River. Magical.

Can't wait to see the piece in it's final form.

Great stuff... making us proud.

Very nice!!

I liked this shot best:

I watched this on my 60-inch HDTV. Looked absolutely stunning. Better than a lot of my HD-DVDs unfortunately.

my favorite shot is of Santa.

The guy riding thru the leaves name is "Dirt" (as in older than...) He earned his "Iron Butt" at 74 years old.

Looks wonderfull really.

Very rich colors, silky and precise.

congrats !

I burned a DVD of the footage and watched it on my television. To be honest, if I saw this spot playing on television I would have assumed it was film. The most important attribute of this footage, for me, is that it looks like film. I can't necessarily say that about all of the footage I have seen from Red.

Wondering if you would be willing to talk about how the footage compares to film. What did you think of the dynamic range, texture, color, etc? Did you do anything in post to make it look more like film? Thanks, very nice work.
