reverse phased mini xlr adaptors..? + neat shopping list

before we screw up our audio. where can we get reverse phased... i dunno if thats the correct term... mini xlr adaptors?

btw.. a quick q... the sounddevices 302 mixers do provide phantom power to the mics?

oh and btw... i found a very neat shopping list and a great article on audio equipment... this should answer a lot of questions.

Akube, I do not know about reverse phased mini xlr's.

But 302 provides phantom power.
And studiodaily article is definitely a great resource.
