  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Revealing Production Premium CS6

Dave, you guys rock. :) Thanks for bringing us the good news, there's obviously a lot of hard work and dedication that's gone in to this release. And thanks for listening!

Definitely looking forward to this... have a few things I need to buy first and since I have 5.5 and its working for me this is on the back burner for me to purchase but when but I can't wait to get it.

Really excited to get my fingertips at Speedgrade, but I do have a few uncertainties...

Just to make sure - I can edit r3d's in premiere > grade the r3d's in speedgrade via EDL > make changes in premiere and reconform, right?

Also, what are the tracking/stabilization capabilities within Speedgrade - I didn't see any mention of them in the pdf, but maybe I missed something?

Here's more detail beyond the link that Dave gave:

I'll be posting _much_ more detail on the team blogs over the next several days, and the posts at the links above will grow to include links to the feature-specific posts.

hi todd,

still no native 3D editing on the timeline?

I see some support in Speedgrade, but not Premiere...

Did they finally fix superwhites? Most cameras have precious little dynamic range to start with, no sense in throwing even more away like Adobe has been doing. And spending hours to do it manually is not my idea of fun.

No, no native stereoscopic features in Premiere Pro CS6. SpeedGrade and After Effects, yes.
