Hey everyone,

This is my first post but I've been reading many threads over the last couple of months of SCARLET ownership.

I'm currently working on a feature film project (Which I will be happily sharing with the board soon) and we're looking to start doing some chroma-key tests with the SCARLET. Our green screen isn't ready yet though, and my VFX supervisor wanted to get started with practicing with some footage from the SCARLET and so I thought I'd ask if anyone has any footage they took of an actor or a group of actors in front of a green-screen which they could share the .R3D of via dropbox or similar? A stable shot and/or one with motion would both be ideal. (EPIC footage would do equally well too!)

Thank you so much for your time & help,
Mohammed Al Medfa

I could roll a few seconds of myself for you when I'm back at my studio... not gonna mop the floor, though, so don't expect a super-clean composite (the cats love the green). Or I could crop it to a medium shot, the wall isn't as dirty... You want 4k, 24fps 1/48th?

Hi DL,

Thank you so much for your help! That would be great :)

A medium shot would be great, 4K, 24P, depending on how your lighting is 1/48 would be great for us to start with until we've got ours and can test other speeds.

Thank you so so much, totally agree with Phillipe, as others have said the existence of the people on REDuser is itself a very valuable part of entering the RED ecosystem.

Thanks again,
Mohammed

Ok, cool - I'll shoot it this afternoon, try to get it uploaded tonight.

Definitely agree on the awesomeness of the Reduser community overall. I'm always happy to contribute, and look forward to utilizing it when my feature kicks off...

Oh wow. I somehow hadn't actually seen your reply and was just saying thanks for the last one. I'm on my iPhone's internet for the moment, but I'll be able to get the download started with 1-2 hours and will be sure to thank you again afterwards, I'm sure it should do the trick :)
