If anyone at Red is reading this, it would be great to have an ISO 100 option in camera for Komodo. Currently it has a lowest ISO of 250 but in post ISO 100 is also selectable (and I find, preferable in most instances).

Thanks in advance!

Cheers,

Paul :)

Set ISO to 400.

Go to: IMAGE/LUT.

Scroll down to Exposure Adjust.

Set Exposure Adjust to -2.

Hit OK.

That equals ISO 100.

Bare in mind if you are exposing for middle gray think of your Total Captured Dynamic Range and where that puts 18% Gray. You'll have plenty of latitude in the shadows and they'll be sparkly clean, but not much latitude in the highlights there.

Happy clean shooting.

I guess that's a roundabout way of achieving the same thing! :D But it would still be nicer UI wise just to add in ISO 100? that way the Exp -2 isn't a hidden setting which gets forgotten about.

This is so that I can shoot ETTR with a linear luma curve (setting None / None for Tone curve and Rolloff), as I find it most accurately replicates the way the world looks. Every ISO above that (yes, I know it's metadata) seems to add in a highlight curve.

Thanks for the tip Phil :)

Cheers,

Paul :)
