I would love to see either:

1) Al User buttons set to 'No Action' by default upon Custom Reset.

2) A single Menu option for "Disable all User Buttons"

It is very time consuming having to disable every button individually by scrolling the extensive option list in the menus so that would really help.

Any +1's out there.......? Maybe I should mention it in every post like Toia did for PLaybakc until it happens :)

Cheers

1. Reset Tint to 0 when someone changes the color temp w/o having to go into the advanced color temp menu.
2. Allow user to assign Edge Focus to a user key.
3. Allow user to assign Aperture Next and Aperture Previous to a user key.
-3a. Perhaps one button to toggle between Focus, Aperture (IRIS), and Zoom. Then I can use the rocker to actually adjust on the one selected.
4. Add UI feedback when cycling through the focus modes. e.g. When user presses user key A on side handle, give an on-screen indication of which focus mode you are now on. Even if it is tempory text that pops up and then goes away.

You can go through the time consuming process of mapping all the keys once and then create a preset (named "Disable all buttons"). To restore the key functionality you would simply apply one of the factory key-mapping presets. Be sure to export your preset to an SSD card so that you can import back to the camera after a forced firmware upgrade.

My favourite:

"RAW" view on Epic/R1 MX is of little value. (Long discussion on why capped off here and now...)

What I'd have loved to see is this being accessible and able to turn on and off with a single userbutton:

RedlogFilm/320ISO/5000k/tint0

That'd be what I would have needed to see. Then flip between that and whatever iso/kelvin/tint/gamma setting I have chosen for the image.

I like raw view mode... I absolutely need a prerecord feature, say 10", as any nature filmmaker does

oh yeah, i forgot about prerecord. that should be in the works, i remember discussion about it.
