Greetings to everyone here on Reduser forums!
Hope someone can help me with their wisdom and experience.
The thing I need to know is where in Europe (specifically in Germany or Russia) can I repair my Red Pro 5.0" touch monitor? I have no idea what happened, but the touch function of the monitor and buttons on it seem to be broken. Sometimes it comes back to life and works for a very short period of time like maybe 2 seconds after switching the camera on, and then it stops working again. The picture on the monitor sometimes shows up (though sometimes it does not). I've reset it many times and downloaded different firmware updates. So is there a wonderful place in Germany or Russia where I can fix my camera, or is the only option (or the best option) to send it to Red Europe in the United Kingdom for repair?
Maybe someone here has experience with sending their Red devices to Red Europe for repair? What does the process of sending Red devices to Red Europe look like (step by step)? Should I send an email to Red first, or register something? I am already registered on red.com, but maybe there's something else I should do prior to sending it to the United Kingdom? What post delivery service company is the safest for sending the Red device?
Thank you,
Alex
