Rendering Time

I am currently rendering a 4 minute 4K HD to 1080 Pro Res only pulled the shadow level down on RC X 246 it's taking 8 hours, is this normal?

8 core mac 16 gig ram osx 10.6.2

Rendering with Redcine is very slow, but I think that it is too much. There must be something wrong with it. Did you try rendering with different versions of RedCine? Or did you try to Render with Clipfinder?
