remounting still lenses to PL mount - who does it?

Curious about this. There are some rather fast still lenses that seem to go for an awful lot less than the zeiss/cooke primes. Wondering if anyone has experience remounting any of these to PL mount, who would they go to, how much it cost, how long would it take, is it worthwhile in the first place, etc...?

I guess you are aware of the universal mount that p+s produce, that accepts both PL, Canon, Zeiss, Contax and a couple of other options.
