  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

remote REDucation - the next technology experiment

Thanks Ted, was a lot of fun today. Pat ran the NY end very effectively, and gave us some great hands-on exercises and tips.

While the course and everything RED-related was great, I had one very bad experience with the venue (Tekserve) which I'll discuss privately later, suffice it to say I won't be going back there and won't be recommending it to anyone.

Day 2 going strong! NY team shot some great overcrank stuff this morning and the feed is working out wonderfully. It is easy to listen and follow along, as well as chime in when necessary.

A great three days, thanks especially to PatC. These poor guys at RED Studios only had a few studios to work in... we had the greatest set in the world :thumbup1:

Unfortunately 'how to grade properly' was beyond the scope of the course, and no-one else has ever taught me what's right and wrong, so these quick & dirty efforts are entirely my own fault, feel free to laugh:
