Need something solid and fast for 8k shooting in the middle of nowhere. I know various rigs exist but i know they're constantly evolving too and the people that build them lurk around here! What products should i be researching? Thanks

Ok, these are food for thought. I'm looking more for an offload/wrangling option, rather than a DIT case. Small, and light, that's the key. Anything else i should know about??

I use a Anton Bauer Tandem. It's a UPS using a Anton Bauer battery. Add a P-tap quad plate and some P-tap to 2.1mm and P-tap to 2.5mm cables (I got the cables at www.indiproco.com). Some hard drives use 2.1mm barrel and some use 2.5mm. G-tech uses one and Lacie the other.
I make sure the hard drives have a 12V barrel connector. Most G-tech do. Also get a USB-3 hub that has that connector.
Anton Bauer has 2 models of Tandem. If you use Raids get 150.
