  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

REMINDER: Stage 2

Can we reserve on May 1st, or do we need to do it prior (end of day, April 30th)?

Have been holding out in hopes of hearing a word from Jim/Jarred/You (Brent) regarding the gamut of R1 trade-in options. Any info you wish to pass along will be greatly appreciated...in the meantime, the current upgrade program offering already greatly appreciated!

I really don't think shipping is that close. Tattoo stage still has to run its course

You can reserve on May 1, yup.

Andrew, no need to let us know about Stage 3 yet. When we are taking orders for that stage, let us know then!

the wink emote should have been more of a wink, wink, to get my point across.

Hopeful that the $5k translates to 5K sooner than later. Although I suck at holding onto money, so maybe it is best RED has it for awhile.
 
I executed my Stage 2 reservation on the 29th. I never got a confirmation email, my Bomb Squad rep has not responded to inquiries and now the pending $5k transaction is gone from my RED Store shopping cart. What's up?

I think you need to have a 7 or 9 digit confirmation number in order to have really completed your order.

If you do not have that number then I am pretty sure you are not confirmed. Try it again and make sure you have that number.
