I tried the following:

1. I had all material in an external hard drive, PC formatted (Fat 32)
2. I loaded all the material in Redcine (Load All), in my MacPro.
3. I made some color correction, just for reference
4. I saved the project.
5. I connected the hard drive to my PC
6. I tried to load the Redcine's project in my PC and I got the "Fail to load construct" message

What I did wrong? Is it possible to do this?

You could try find and replace to fix the difference in file paths between Windows and Mac.
Save a redcine project on Windows and then compare the two project files in a text editor. Then do a find and replace on the Mac version to update it to Windows file paths. Might work.

BTW. Did you save as rcn or xml? Because xml will not keep the color information if I remember correctly.
