[FS: OPTICS] Rehoused Canon FD 14mm f2.8

[Mark LaFleur]

Canon FD 14mm f2.8 - Serial # 10661 - REHOUSED, BNCR MOUNT
This is a rehoused Canon FD 14mm f2.8. I don't know what company did the rehousing. They did not engrave their name on it. It is an older housing obviously since it's in BNCR mount. The quality of the housing is excellent. I have a BNCR mount for my Alexa Mini LF, so I tested it out. The lens does cover LF in Open Gate!

If you had a set of lenses in BNCR mount (like some Cineovision Spherical or Leonetti Ultranon Primes) this lens would make a great wide angle addition. It is ready to shoot. I was going to re-house this lens in a more modern housing with a PL mount, but now I need the extra cash and have to let it go. My loss is your gain. Hope this one goes to a good home.

OPTICALLY - Excellent. No scratches, no cleaning marks, no fungus. Some dust inside (like all lenses).

MECHANICALLY - Excellent. Everything functions properly. No oil on the iris blades. Focus is a tiny bit stiff, but not bad at all.

COSMETICALLY - Excellent. Only minor blemishes.

$3,250 or best offer.

Looks like an early Cineovision rehousing. Built like a tank.
