REDVOLT never charges at 100%

hallo guys! i've started using redvolt since i received my sidehandle
i have this problem : charger led is red, i put battery in the charger,led flashing orange, led is green,battery should be filled.... put it in the SH and the percentage is NEVER 100%
in 4 charges, 2 on one battery and 2 on the other one i had 90%,87% 84% 83%
so is it the charger? the batteries?the side handle percentage reading?
do any of you have this problem? or do you get 100%
with red brick i can read 100% but not redvolt
suggestions?

Just as another data point, I checked one of my REDvolts and it does get to 100%. I'll continue to check others. FWIW, this one was charged on my travel charger. I also have a quad charger. I'll try and test both. Bummer for those guys having "issues."

One you've charged the battery wait some time and then put the battery back to the charger. Typically it will still take some charge.

all my redvolts appear at 99 or 98% upon booting.

Yes i had the same thing, and i m not a big fan uf the redvolts
