  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

Anyone in the UK going to Video Forum in February? I will probably go along on the Wednesday. If anyone is interested in meeting up it would be great to put faces to names.

I thought this deserved bumping up to the top now it is daytime in the UK. I am sure some of you must be going along... or maybe I'll be all alone!

I'm also expecting to be there, unless something crops up last minute - and likewise, a meet up sounds good.

Might try and make it and would be great to meet some fellow red(future)users there. I might be off to Egypt in the next few weeks though so I'll have to check dates at some point.
 
I would be there, if there was a bloody Red stand!

I might still go and check out the Canon A1 and Sony V1, but it's always like trying to browse in the January sales at those stands - also might be on a job abroad, but if I'm bored and about I might pop along Weds and see who's there...

Can we agree on a time & place (stand or some location) to meet up ?
 
I am not that up on Earls Court 2, is the Cafe bar likely to be a good place to meet, or would the restaurant be better? I could claim a table, maybe stick up a Red logo so you can all see where to come... Perhaps we should make it just before lunch to avoid any rush.. 11:30am?

Any better ideas welcome.

An alternative would be to meet up one of the local pubs afterwards. I am easy either way. If people would prefer that I could suss somewhere out.

I have added a Poll to make it easier to get a bit of feedback about where/when we should meet. I am leaning towards the pub option, but I know there may be some people who are just there in the morning and for them lunchtime would be a better bet.

I notice that 3 of the votes on the Poll come from non-UK residents. Are you guys coming to Video Forum?
 
I will be at "The Tournament" from 5pm on Wednesday after the show. Anyone who wants to meet up please come along, I will be the one looking like I am waiting for something to happen... I will try to display a Red logo, stick it on the bar, or table, or something!
