  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

REDUSER Retreat

Less expensive B&B resort retreat and more educational and industry mixer for me. I love you guys but not in a mountain retreat hot tub kind of way . . .

Boulder is my first pick for:

Noooo!!!!! I'm looking to get away, you know. If all you peeps come here, I'll just have to go somewheres else. hehe.

I'd suggest we pay close attention to locations that Airlines offer aggressive pricing for.. I.E. Florida can sometimes get tickets as low as $150 each way.

Definitely something to consider. Southwest and JetBlue have lots of flights that are in the ~$80 each way range. Trick is to avoid holidays. And spring break...

Something close to a major airport is a good idea. A lot of people will be turned off of the idea if they have to fly somewhere, then rent a car and drive another 400 miles.

...What about Moab / Zion? Hey, we could crash at Gibby's place. ;) I dunno, I'd actually prefer some place more coastal. West or east doesn't matter to me.

Seriously, if we're going to make it an all-day travel ordeal, then I'm voting for Alaska.

Settle then: Retreat is at Kilgroe's house. Dibs on the pull out couch

Sounds great! We missed you last year at NAB and ended up with an impromptu "extreme REDuser chess competition." Deff needs more planning for next year but count me in for the retreat as well! I'm out in NY now too

I'm down for that ;)

Hey and I can even throw coastal into the bargain.

Smoky Mountains in Tennessee?

National Park Service site http://www.nps.gov/grsm/index.htm

Cabins in Townsend http://www.smokeymountaincabinspecials.com/cabin.shtml
Cabins in Gatlinburg http://rental.cabinsofthesmokymountains.com/?gclid=CIC5h6bzqawCFeohtAodMVwL2Q

These are samples, there are lots of cabins in the area.

I highly recommend this area. Just shot some stuff in the Great Smoky Mountains a few weeks ago... I'll see if I can't post a little somethin. standby

Just rode my bike on the BRP and spent the night at the Pisgah Inn two weeks ago. Love the area.

This sounds like an awesome idea, if I didn't have school I would definitely be down!

Also, just want to point out to be careful with disclosing the final location publicly on here, considering what will be in the cabin.

Woo! Those dates are great

Maybe it should be here:
