  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

REDUSER NAB 2009 - The Official Thread

Now back to the poll...

I was really looking forward to the after party at Ketch's studio but I believe that is no longer in the cards. Probably just as well. I fly out at 7 am thursday morning.

You did a great job last year Steve. I'll leave it in your hands.

Sorry about that, just couldn't justified keeping the studio open after my health issues and final decision to go back to Italy in a few.

But I'm sure we will have fun just the same @ RIO,( well not exactly the same but fun nonetheless).

Looking forward to this- should be a good time! I can't wait to check out the Red Lenses and hear what's coming down the pike- exciting times. :)

BTW- is the deposit for the entrance fee refundable? ;)

We'll have a ball Ketch. My only question will be, do I sleep that night or just head to the airport? 6:45 departure. Whatever.
 
Sorry for the dumb question, but do I need to be a Red owner to attend?

With such an early departure I would not even think about going to sleep, and use the money of the Hotel Room to have some fun instead, after all it is VEGAS that you are coming to :)

Guys. I must ask. can anyone sign up for this event? Didn't find any relevant info on the first pages of the thread. Or do you have to be a camera owner already? One of our guys from work is apparently going after all. And they will probably expand their rental service even more this and next year. So would be cool to get him on the RED train.

So is there any chance of getting him into this event/party?

Hopefully you will. Ketch has top secret ways to get these in the event. Lots of distractions, keeping the catering staff unaware. Right Ketch? :)
 
Okay important stuff. Over the next few days there will be a lot more info surfacing about the event. There will be an agenda that will give you times for presentations, as well as how things will be laid out. For all of those who have registered, rest assured you'll be getting in. As you can imagine, the response has been huge and trying to track the RSVPs has been......fun. I hope to send out an email beginning of next week to all those who have registered that will include an official confirmation.

The event is evolving, and some things may change...uh... count on it.

But no doubt this is going to be one heck of a time, and for anyone that is still on the fence, I encourage you to go if you can. That's not marketing hype. I really do think this year will get into nuts and bolts of workflow. Got some fun presentations for you.

Yes Steve, and this year in order to bring more then last year I have put in place a different strategy to bring he Tirami Su' in quantities :
