Hello,
I am trying to see if any files can be recovered on a drive that has been reformatted. I have tried using redundead but I keep getting the error: No such file or directory when using the terminal. This is the code that I entered:

redundead/dev/rdisk10/volumes/drive1/REDfiles

I have confirmed that the connected drive is disk 10. I am trying to send any recoverable files to the folder REDfiles on drive1. Does this mean nothing can be recovered? Should I be entering the command in a different way?

Thanks,
Austin

Try this...

Try this...

Real name, buddy...

Anyway, try this string:

redundead/dev/rdisk10 /volumes/drive1/REDfiles

Basically you need to leave a space between RED media (rdisk10) and your destination folder.

Good Luck!
