  • Hey all, just changed over the backend after 15 years I figured time to give it a bit of an update, its probably gonna be a bit weird for most of you and i am sure there is a few bugs to work out but it should kinda work the same as before... hopefully :)

REDTOUCH Issue

What Firmware are you on? Did you try a camera reset? We've had infrequent stepping issues like that in the monitor before and a reset always seems to fix it. Had you unplugged the monitor and plugged it back in recently without powering down? Sometimes that was what started it for us.
 
It started working fine once we restarted the camera.
but was wondering why this issue comes at all.
Wanted to know if we were doing something wrong.
someone suggested it could because of heating.
